We are currently seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to oversee internal teams dedicated to customer support and technical assistance, ensuring high service standards and contributing to customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Contact Center and Technical Support teams, ensuring service excellence.
Collaborate with the Customer Service Director to define and implement service strategies;
Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage and promote internal and external training programs;
Document and optimize customer service processes;
Work closely with commercial and technical departments;
Conduct regular audits and evaluations of internal teams and external service providers.

Ideal Profile

Degree in Business Management or a related field;
Minimum of 4 years experience in similar roles;
Proficiency in English and Spanish (minimum B2 level);
Strong customer orientation and effective communication skills in demanding environments;
Analytical mindset with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint;
Experience with Call Center tools and Salesforce (Service module).
